Formicarium Tropical

This formicarium with a stone nest can house a wide range of ant species, and you can regulate the humidity in the nest by filling the vertical tube according to the needs of the species being kept!

The nest has two separate entrances: the first gives access only to the three chambers, while the second gives access to the rest of the nest!

This feature allows you to close the second door during the early stages of your colony's development.

The handmade decoration makes each terrarium unique!

The peat is attached to the resin, so you can dampen the decor if you wish to grow mosses and micro-plants! 

If you regularly moisten the decor, be careful to space out or stop watering the nest through the vertical tube to avoid saturating the nest with moisture, unless of course the species you are keeping appreciates these conditions!

The lid of the formicarium has a 16mm diameter hole through which you can connect one or more hunting areas to your anthill, enabling you to create a network of interconnected formicariums to maintain very large colonies...

All these features make the "tropical" Formicarium an artificial ant farm that can house a wide range of different European and exotic species!
